My heart exploded, so I threw it on a canvas

Pull Over!

Seeing beauty amongst the hustle and bustle of everyday life is an art in and of itself, simply due to the reality of how busy we all are. Thats why I get really excited when I see art intentionally placed amongst insanely chaotic locations. To me its like a treasure, hidden, coded, left only for the most nostalgic to discover. A choice example of this would be graffiti..

Today while driving down the street my friend noticed out of the corner of his eye a graffiti something or other on the side of a dumpsterish metal box. We immediately halted the vehicle in order to explore this mysterious drawing hidden amongst what so many have been forced to overlook (either by choice or ignorance).

Upon future investigation we realized that what appeared to be graffiti was actually a print of some sort, pasted on the metal in an almost endearing fashion! Such a random sketch in such a random place deserves some recognition, so I thought I’d show it to you guys… This is the kind of thing that makes me smile. I dunno about you guys but I can feel the artist talking to me, simply because of discovering what was obviously strategically placed.

So when you’re out and about, remember to keep your eye out, you never know who’s talking to you.

Just make sure you’re listening.

p.s. If anyone know whose the artist is please comment and let me know!
